A cocktail similar to Bloody Mary but with a secret ingredients: a Japanese tomato liqueur . It gives to this cocktail a strong personality with a great tastiness. The main spirit is the Vodka Eiko: clear, crystalline, of an almost unique purity whose class manages to marry divinely both with the spicy liquor and with the acid.

A Japanese twist of the classic Gin Sour but reinvented with a rare green apple liquor. A tasting experience with a strong botanical base scented, which invests the palate and smell, transporting the senses in a Japanese scented garden. Gin Etsu is the main spirit, produced from a traditional secret recipe with its distinctive yellow notes from yuzu.

From the Japanese Carabbean comes an Oriental Daiquiri characterized by yuzu liquor. This fruit has a rind similar to the lemons typical of Sicilian citrus groves, but its aromatic notes are closer to the freshness of grapefruit. The first spirit is the White Rum Kiyomi made of sugarcane juice. The Kiyomi is fermented for 1 month and left to rest for 6 months in steel tanks, for maximum purity.
