Forwarding and I Returned
We currently process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders shipped are delivered from Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed on weekdays before 1pm are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are shipped the following business day. All holidays orders will be shipped within the next 2 working days.
If your order has not arrived on the expected day and you have received the shipping confirmation, your order is on its way and can be tracked on the courier's website using the details of the confirmation email you received once you placed your order.
NIO Cocktails has no responsibility for delays in delivery or non-delivery, although we will do everything possible to counteract any missing deliveries.
In the event that a product arrives damaged to the customer, NIO undertakes to return a new order intact at its own expense.
The goods returned to NIO Cocktails will be returned upon payment of new delivery costs to be paid by the buyer.
